Legendary Serengeti mobile camp offers a luxurious way to explore the Serengeti in Northern Tanzania, moving throughout the year to ensure the best position for your safari. All guests are given a private safari vehicle and guide for total flexibility.
Located in different positions throughout the year, Legendary Serengeti mobile camp offers the ideal location for your safari, whenever you are travelling. Situated in the beautiful northern part of the park from July until November, down south from December until April and in the west from May until mid July, the camp moves seasonally to follow the great migration herds.
General Info:
The legendary Serengeti camp moves with the great wildebeest migration – one of the world’s most incredible wildlife spectacles. The camp itself is split into two parts. Each with a separate Mess tent and five comfortable guests’ tents. This ensures that there is huge amount privacy and a wonderful sense of intimacy during your stay.
Each group will have a private vehicle during their stay at the legendary mobile camp, which ensures an incredible attention to detail with wonderful private guides being able to cater for specific needs and requests.
Luxury Tents:
Accommodation at the camp echoes the colonial safaris of old, with pleasing layers of authenticity and old world truth staple parts of the camp's character. Guests will find 11 tents in total with twin or king beds on offer (triples can also be provided).
Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with a flush toilet and a bucket shower. 220V and 110V power is provided by a strip plug charging station available in each tent. Guest can enjoy meals at the camp or enjoy a bush dinner under the starts, or a picnic lunch during your guided game drive or walk.

Legendary Serengeti Mobile Camp moves three times each year, following one of nature’s greatest spectacles, the Wildebeest Migration.
From July to November, it is positioned to view the dramatic river crossings in the northern Serengeti, and from December to April the camp is located in the southern Serengeti for the lush Green Season, with calving happening around January. From May to July, you can see the mega herds amass in phenomenal numbers as far as the eye can see, on the plains of the western Serengeti.
